I am officially an LLC now. I got the form from the state government as a corporation, and they told me to call the IRS. So the IRS told me I was suppose to file my taxes this year and asked me if I started up my business yet, and I explained that I don't have a partner and registered it wrong. The state has me as an LLC. He helped me fill out the form, and now I am registered as an LLC.
He asked where the business will be located, and I said I'm in the process of finding a location. But I now have a tax id number. I need to stop by a bank and open a business account and start linking up all my direct deposits in one account. And start pulling out personal from business and keeping track of recipts. It looks like I'll need to buy quicken books to start recording my records, or learn how to keep track of a budget in Excel.
Today I vacuumed for my mother, and I'm going to broil these steaks I got from Windixie to Celebrate. I'm still finishing school, but I don't believe all the success I've had so far in the state and support I had in creating a business. The man was real nice on the phone, and I'll be making several copies for my record and now will be opening a bank account.
I'm going to be looking for real estate now for this business. Hopefully I can find one with plenty of parking, and something I can convert into a production facility. I might try a warehouse that went bankrupt, and are in foreclosure. I'll just get construction to convert the inside to what I need. I'll just have to find money to do this with. I don't have it personally, so this is just the process of starting a business.
People who have been watching, know I'm tried of people posting job offers and never replying back. I'll be the one that replies to every single one, cause I don't know what I'm looking for, and there is a talent pool out there of people that are out of work, including me. SO this is my excuse to start a company also.
I thank my family for their support.
My first production will be to take Private Investigator and make it into a webisode. That is after everything gets settled. Hopefully I don't get locked up, I can manage a budget cause I'm writing up a draft of one in excel.
Check out my latest film....
