Registered In the State

I went ahead and while I finish my last year in school, I'm going to work on building a business in the state of Florida. I'm going to start with looking at office building complexes to see where in the state I want too be located. I will either be Melborne, Orange, or Seminole. I went to the bank today, and they told me to register it as an LLC cause I have no partner. So now I'm waiting on the paper work. I'm doing this cause I plan on building a business the same way that happened to my father when he was let go in the 90's by Cigna cause they closed down healthcare clinics. I can't just sit here and wait for people to invest, the bank seemed willing to open a free business checking account, and I will be figuring out how to filing taxes.

I saw an office in Kissimmiee I was interested in taking and converting into a production set, if I can get the permits. I need a business lawyer, but those cost money. I'm going for grant money, but the bank seemed willing to do business. Its the same name here, and then I'll get all my accounts linked to the same account. My LULU account, My ebay store, my web address, IMDB account, and look for a office manager to help build the business from the ground up.

I might go to my mom to help me write up a budget and hunt down establishments for this. I saw something I wanted in Kissimmiee, it was a year ago. I don't know if its still on the market but I think I could make it into a working place.

I'm going to have an animation department in my company, a small waredrobe, editing equipment, hd filming equipment, a sound studio, a social media school, and a talent section devoted to representing clients. I plan on running the business eventually without default to loans but its one way to start a business. I'll store rental equipment to be rented, have the state of the art hd digital film studio. A marketing department and a hired by resume staff hand picked for each production.

This company will be producing podcasts, movies, tv pilots, uploading ebooks to itunes and songs and movies, distrubute on amazon, lulu, and organize non profit venues to people to get involved in the arts. I don't think people like the arts as much as before.

I'm looking for investors and musicians that have not been aired, to air their music for free. The type of music I'm looking for is Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, and such music score. This is the 20's-60's music.

I'm also looking for podcast shows you might be interested in listing for credit, and sponsors of a contest to find the next best radio show for this podcast station.

Right now in the works is Private Investigator. An Investor is interested, but nothing has been signed or money has been given.

I plan on having free entertainment on podcasting on itunes, with advertisments and products listed in the beginning and end of each program. Pictures and images for each broadcast will display artists work, where they can find the work to purchase it, and if you have music listed on itunes but no one is downloading, maybe a podcast for a preview before buying might be an option.

I am looking for a Vendor for my books. If you are interested please let me know. I can ship you the box of books, with 2 dollars above bottom line for me. You can mark them up at your store.

I'm looking for an investor to help me open an office in the orlando area, with a warehouse to store the books.

I'm going to be going to different book stores to pitch my product. I'm looking for a 10,000 investment, which is 100% tax deductible. You get 5% off of every book that is sold.

I'm going to go around to businesses, like Target, Walmart, Kmart, Borders, Booksmillion, Barnes Nobel, New/Used book stores. I'm going to pitch the product with seeing if they would be interested in being a vendor for my books.

I need the first set of books, to get started. The books take 3/5 days to print. The first one i'm going to pitch is the Austrian Empress Saga which is 3 book series. I need 150 books. 50 of each.

The bottom line for me is between 9-11. I'm selling them for 15-17. I can do this cause I'm a business owner.

I'm going to go to Seminole County Business Office and the State to file the official paperwork so I can file income taxes.

But I'm looking for a office building to set up. My business is a General Partnership.
