Iowa Floods, California Fires, and Katrina Victims

I am conducting a survey for the following natrual disasters.
I am looking for people who have been affected, military officials,
senators, represenatives, government officials, survivors, victims,
and bystanders who might not even know what's taking place.

I'm looking for a survey to express the views of those that
have had no idea they could of been a victim of a flood,
were mislead by the government and knows or never knew
about the damage involved.

The questions are pre-prepared. From the lists of questions,
I will build a script to hold the government accountable
with bringing images, and footage, with voice over
music, and interviews with victims, red cross, and
the various news networks to get
them on the horn for not holding them responsible.

The survey will be conducted through email.
Grafts will be set up. And once I get some investors
and grant money, I will start buying software
and equipment to conduct the interviews.
