One Night With The King Review

Okay, I decided to rent something with a plot line that is "known" to me, but since very little is done on Jewish Themed movies, I thought to watch it. At first, I thought it would be corny. But it lessened, and it's a shame this movie didn't get much publicity. I guess it's the way the press goes, they go after Jesus movies, but if a movie is done on a Jewish story of genocide, with Purim. It was a Fox Faith movie. The clothing was original, and the acting, while not named actors, did a very good job. A little corny in spot, but the person who wrote it, knew the story line. I'm not sure if it was historically accurate, because I don't know the history but just from Jewish story. They even had a prophet in the story! It was a great PG movie, for kids to learn about their background in Jewish stories. It's about Ester and Purim, and anyone who never knew anything about the holiday, they would realize that this is just as important as Hanukkah.

Thanks Fox for making it.
